# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Mostly Autonomous LLC, a Wyoming company, regarding your access to and use of MABRepo.

By accessing or using MABRepo, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any MABRepo content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MABRepo.

## 1. What MABRepo is

MABRepo is a paid digital research repository that provides subscribers with immediate access to digital research content and related materials.

MABRepo content is provided for informational and research purposes only. MABRepo is not a consulting service, advisory service, investment product, legal service, tax service, accounting service, or individualized professional advice service.

MABRepo research may be produced, organized, summarized, or assisted by software systems, including AI tools, human review, and automated workflows. The content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incomplete context.

## 2. Eligibility and account use

You must provide accurate information when purchasing or accessing MABRepo.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your paid account access with unauthorized users.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, shared improperly, used fraudulently, or used in a way that creates risk for MABRepo, other users, or third parties.

## 3. Subscriptions, billing, and access

MABRepo is offered as a paid digital product. If you purchase a subscription, you will be billed according to the plan and price presented at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase:

- subscriptions renew automatically until canceled;
- cancellation stops future renewals only;
- cancellation does not initiate a refund;
- no prorated refunds are provided by default;
- canceled users keep access through the end of the paid term; and
- access begins promptly after purchase because MABRepo provides immediate access to digital research.

Promotional pricing, founding pricing, and similar special offers are governed by the offer presented at checkout and related pricing page copy.

You are responsible for reviewing the plan, price, renewal terms, and billing details before completing checkout.

## 4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through your account billing area or through the Stripe hosted billing portal when available.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges, current period charges, or unused time in a billing period.

After cancellation, access generally continues through the end of the paid term, unless access is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

## 5. Refunds

Because MABRepo provides immediate access to digital research, subscriptions are generally non refundable after access is granted.

Refund requests, if any, are handled manually and on a case by case basis. Refunds are not automatic, guaranteed, or prorated by default. Submitting a cancellation request does not create refund eligibility and does not initiate a refund.

If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, accidental purchase, technical access problem, or other good faith issue, contact support and we will review it fairly.

## 6. Permitted use

Subject to these Terms, MABRepo grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable right to access and use MABRepo for your own lawful internal research and evaluation purposes.

You agree not to:

- resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, or commercially exploit MABRepo content except where expressly permitted in writing;
- share paid access with unauthorized users;
- copy, scrape, download, or extract substantial portions of the repository for resale, redistribution, model training, competing products, or bulk reuse;
- interfere with, disrupt, probe, scan, or test the security or availability of MABRepo;
- bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, billing, rate limits, or access controls;
- use MABRepo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; or
- misrepresent MABRepo content as your own original research without appropriate context.

## 7. Intellectual property

MABRepo content, site content, branding, structure, design, organization, and related materials are owned by Mostly Autonomous LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you access to use the service under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of MABRepo content, systems, branding, or intellectual property.

## 8. No guarantees and no professional advice

MABRepo provides digital research and informational materials only.

MABRepo does not promise or guarantee revenue, profit, business success, investment results, market outcomes, customer acquisition, operational success, or any specific result from using the service.

MABRepo is not individualized professional, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, diligence, compliance, and professional advice.

Any scores, ratings, market observations, revenue ranges, pricing examples, opportunity assessments, demand signals, business examples, or similar content are illustrative and based on available information, assumptions, and analysis at the time prepared. They are not promises, forecasts, guarantees, typical results, or recommendations that you start, buy, invest in, or operate any business.

## 9. Third party services

MABRepo may rely on third party services for payment processing, authentication, hosting, analytics, infrastructure, communications, and related operations.

Your use of those third party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and availability. MABRepo is not responsible for third party service interruptions or third party policies except as required by law.

## 10. Third party references and source materials

MABRepo may reference third party websites, creators, companies, tools, products, services, markets, public content, or source materials for informational context.

These references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, verification, or approval unless we clearly state otherwise. Third party trademarks, names, and brands belong to their respective owners.

## 11. Availability and changes

MABRepo may update, change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We may update content, features, pricing, plans, access rules, or policies over time. If changes materially affect active subscriptions, we will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate notice or support based on the nature of the change.

## 12. Termination or suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create security or operational risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or engage in activity we reasonably consider harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.

Termination or suspension for violation of these Terms does not create automatic refund eligibility.

## 13. Disclaimers

MABRepo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error free operation, complete accuracy, completeness of any research, or that the service will meet every specific need or expectation.

## 14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mostly Autonomous LLC and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity arising from or related to MABRepo.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Mostly Autonomous LLC for claims arising from or related to MABRepo will not exceed the amount you paid to MABRepo during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

## 15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mostly Autonomous LLC and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of MABRepo, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of MABRepo content, or your violation of law or third party rights.

## 16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

## 17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of MABRepo after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
